Brannon Ramirez turned himself in at the Pahoa police station Saturday evening and was charged Monday afternoon with first-degree assault, first-degree criminal property damage and two counts of third-degree assault.
Bail was set at $11,000. Ramirez is being held at the Hilo police cellblock pending his initial court appearance scheduled for today.
